MindfulnessFabriek organizes mindfulness trainings at dozens of locations in the Netherlands with professional mindfulness trainers. In eight weekly sessions of 1.5 hours, you learn to improve your attention, how to relax, and how to better cope with (worrying) thoughts, (difficult) feelings, and physical sensations. Mindfulness MBSR reduces stress and increases your sense of happiness. It ensures that you enjoy the pleasant things in life more and can better deal with the less pleasant matters. Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR) reduces stress and anxiety, provides peace of mind and overview and is effective for all kinds of stress-related complaints. You are digitally connected with our mindfulness professionals and other participants in the training. Participating is easy. You only need a computer (smartphone, tablet) and a good internet connection. We make sure you can connect easily. The online course has the same content as the MBSR mindfulness training on location.
